We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the EU, Japan and the UK.
All orders are shipped from warehouses in the UK, EU and Japan.

For deliveries to Slovakia, other EU countries and some APO addresses, shipping costs will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, one of our representatives will notify you of the update by phone or email before the order is processed.
For security reasons, we cannot redirect the package after it has been shipped.

We work with FedEx/UPS and sometimes use third party shipping through Amazon to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. To help you make your purchasing decision, we list the average processing time for each order listed on our website. Orders for some products are processed more quickly than others due to order volume and/or inventory levels. We strive to be as fair and accurate as possible when listing the availability of each product.

Each order requires 1-2 business days to process.
Standard shipping: 7-12 business days.
We ship orders on regular business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
- How much does express shipping cost?
We calculate the cost of your express shipping based on the following factors: destination, size and weight. If express shipping is available for a product, a list of shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information after purchase. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. To ensure there is no delay in delivery, please review all of the information you entered during checkout.
- Checking your order upon arrival
When your order arrives, please check the product thoroughly before confirming receipt of the package. We recommend that you check the following points before signing the delivery note:
- Make sure you have received the correct item
Check that the packaging is undamaged. If there is any major damage beyond normal wear and tear, this could indicate that your item was damaged during transit.

However, if you receive the wrong item or notice any damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and contact our customer service team and we will provide you with further instructions to correct your order.
